Who we are

Trufffle is an Australian business. We build AI agents for mortgage brokers.

This page explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have a question, email us at hello@trufffle.com.au.

What we collect

When you book a call on this site, we collect what you type into the booking form. That is your name, your email address and any notes you add.

When you fill out one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what the form asks for. That is usually your name, your email address, your phone number and your answers to the form's questions.

We also collect data about how people use this site. We use the Meta pixel, a Google Ads tag and an analytics tool called PostHog. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. They record things like the pages you visit and the buttons you click. Meta and Google also use this data to measure our ads and show ads that fit you better.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• answer you when you get in touch
• book meetings and run them
• follow up about our services by email, SMS or phone

You can opt out of marketing contact at any time. Reply to any message, or email hello@trufffle.com.au, and we will stop.

Who we share it with

A few companies help us run the business. We share information with:

• Meta and Google, for the ads and analytics above
• Google, for our calendar. When you book a call, Google sends you the invite
• PostHog, for site analytics
• the companies we use to send emails and text messages
• the company that hosts our database

Each one only gets what it needs to do its job. Some of them store data outside Australia. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the uses above. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your rights

You have rights under Australia's Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask to see the information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it. You can ask us to delete it.
